Shah and Riccio interviewed him. They sounded surprised but Bukala stuck to his evaluation and apologized that it wasn't what they wanted to hear. Pretty in depth.

He was a guest on Canucks Central with Dodd & Drance on Wednesday. Bukala hasn't been a guest on Canucks Central recently.

If Pastrnak truly wants out of Boston, and Miller will waive to go to Boston, package him with Hoglander + pick and move heaven and earth to make that happen.

Pastrnak would be unbelievable here.

Pastrnak is arguably one of the best wingers in the NHL, in the middle of his prime and locked up to a reasonable contract.

You are pretty much moving Miller along with multiple 1sts and Willander to get Pastrnak.

The only piece they’d want for Pastrnak is Pettersson, and the goal would be to have him play WITH Pettersson. We’d get outbid anyways.

more likely an ep40 deal. very hard to believe boston would choose to get older. plus pasta wanting out if true is a vote of non-confidence in the future of the team by the guy they were hoping would lead it.

if there was a deal to made, i don't disagree that we add to get pasta but miller is also one of the best wingers in the nhl plus he's a pretty good centre. we're not adding three grade a assets to miller for him.

Pastrnak potentially being on the market actually complicates things, as I doubt we could afford him short of some Pettersson deal, and a lot of the teams looking at our guys might be tempted to pivot and offer the packages for him.

The 3.5 years in age is a huge difference maker and why Boston would be demanding more.

Needless to say. The Bruins would be totally stupid to trade Pastrnak just because he doesn't get along with a 37 year old soon-to-be UFA. If anything, the Bruins would be wise just to trade Marchand at the deadline.

Turns out the guy who has been a piece of shit on the ice for 15 years is also a piece of shit in the locker room.

Nice to see Ratboy completely blow his chance to follow two of the greatest Captains of the modern era. Guy is a complete pretender.

You could argue that if teams are bidding on Pastrnak, whoever loses out might offer more to get either Pettersson or Miller as a consolation.

At least our bully doesn't have the face of a rodent king. Small mercies.

Jacobs does not seem to be shy about trading young superstar forwards who don't fit the vision though so you never know I guess.

Could turn into a Lindholm/Monahan situation.

The Jets gave up a 1st for Monahan, which at the time, was a premium price to pay.
