Game is indoors at 4 PM Eastern in Dallas.

This is one of those games where if they were playing outside in Miami, I'd expect both teams to melt and do absolutely nothing while having one of the worst games ever played. In this case there's a roof and all that and both teams will play football. Tuchel's selection got a lot of shit and some of it is deserved, but England fans asked for someone to please finally build a team instead of 'bring everyone' and the guy did that. Croatia has some of the old and some of the young, the young definitely doesn't look as good as the old. I'm looking forward to this one and can't really predict a result.

Tuchel is a good manager and Kane is the best player in the world right now. 2-0

Hardest game of the group for both teams, suspect they'd both be ok with a draw.

However, I think England win 2-1.
Croatia are weak up front. Midfield is still good as is there defense especially your boy Vuskovic who was great for Hamburg. Will be interesting to see what Spurs do with Vuskovic this summer.

Maybe Eze would a better winger on the right than Madueke since Saka isn't fit.

Tuchel has his wingers do rotation in triangles anyways and Reece James on the right is better at overlapping than cutting in anyways so I don't think Eze on the right is the worse idea.

Too bad he left off Palmer, he can play off the right and rotate inwards pretty easily.

Honestly I would look at playing Rashford there and play him opposite of Gordon

Chalobah replaces the injured Livramento in the England squad. Another weird choice by Tuchel, although probably he won't play much if at all.
I don't think Livramento or Chalobah would've played a minute in this tournament with the possible exception of the 3rd group game.

However, Tuchel could've made it easier on O'Reilly, Rice or Saka by adding Hall/Shaw, Wharton or Palmer.

Strange choice, but apparently Chalobah was vacationing just down the road.

Chalobah shouldn't even be the first choice Chelsea defender call-up. Colwill is healthy and probably should've been called up over Chalobah.

Also I do not buy Tuchel's double-speak.

He wants specialists in each position/role. Yet instead of calling up a proper LB or RB replacement, his solution is that he'll move Quansah to FB if needed or Spence to the other side?
