Has there been any face-offs where the refs hasn't kicked at least one of the players? If so, I haven't noticed

Bitter. Well deserved based on the penalties, but I had hopes of Norways first win in the Olympics since 1994.

Sweden’s jersey is the only decent one because that arm pattern is not so obvious on theirs.
