I doubt, it will be so easy.

But I wouldn't bet a "Hundertpfund" against it either.

I think it depends a bit on whether Team Austria decides to "Haudum", or whether they rather play it disciplined and stay away from the Kühlbox. :D
On the other hand, it won't be a shutout for the swiss netminder - I could see them "Raffl" a couple of goals. :)

We probably better keep that stuff in check, it's just getting out of control and off-topic way too quickly. :)

but I agree the Austrians really provide a rich source of bombastic names to create some puns.

Is there any chance Rossi would be given consideration for Austria? Maybe he is way off the radar but with Ottawa done he is now available.

Is there much of a rivalry between Switzerland and Austria?

Not that much in ice-hockey, we also rarley play each other (talking about WC and friendlies here). Beside that there is a rivalry of course, especially in Skiing.
Switzerland will include Sven Andrighetto tonight, it's not yet clear where he'll play and who has to sit out.

Obviously I hope for a Swiss win.

Best case would be 6-5 Switzerland... 6x Fora, 3x Zwerger, 2x Hofer. :naughty:

that isn't true at all. Most Austrians don't care about swiss one way or the other while many swiss like to mock austrians.

And even that's more in a joking manner. We have a lot in common in terms of culture and history, so while there is a rivalry, it's more like a rivalry between siblings.

As for the game, I expect it to be very close. Austria has been troublesome for us recently.

Is Andrighetto comfirmed to play today and if so which line will he join? First line maybe?

Also any idea which goalie starts today? :)

4-1 Swiss win

Andrighetto is confirmed to play, which line is not yet known. First or second line is the obvious guess.

Berra or Genoni will very probably share the game tonight and tomorrow, I cannot answer who will be in the net tonight.

Full projected lineup and starting goalie available somewhere?

No, they normally announce the starting goalie with the official lineup and not before. And it's still open wheter they'll play 8D+12F or 7D+13F.

You overestimate a bit the "relevance" of Austria to Swiss people. Nobody really has a strong opinion about Austrians, if at all the image is quite positive as we feel that you are quite similar to us.
