that depends on who is chosen as shooters, as we have some capable shoot-out takers, so I'd rather say we are making some bad decisions and that goes to our coaching (oh boy, here we go again)

I agree, there hasn't been a single scrum today after goalie freezes the puck. We know we are going to lose, Russia knows they are going to win it. Why bother?
