Stars might not align next year, we might not get the core from NHL. Either way, I'm pleased with the coaching, this style of play that we are showing this tournament is likely Ramsay's signature, I hope he extends. Even if stars might not align in NHL next year, I feel like if we ice fast Europeans, we can be competitive again. It's all about speed, I mean look at them, they're skating and skating and skating, I love the effort!

I agree. We shouldn't rely on NHLers/AHLers and sometimes it's the unlikely team with not the best possible roster that surprises us.

Might not be that bad since he walked off the ice himself without any issues. And maybe it was just that they wanted to rest him for the game against French since they were already down 3:0 here?

Slovakia will no doubt reach 12 points. Their hopes depend on Germany and Canada allowing the USA only one point at most.

It would be dramatic if that last second goal against Canada proved to be decisive to keep Slovakia out of the QFs.
