Indeed, he has been good this wc.

Only fault of his, is he tries too much sometimes.

Could be enough so long they are not going for the loss Hopefully they want to take the group win before Russia and then they will need 3 points, as Russia probably will beat Sweden.
But the Swiss certainly has a chance. At least the Swiss is pressured to win in regulation, that makes it a bit harder.

I think they'll be going for the win. I'm sure they expect Canada to beat Finland, so a Czech win means they wouldn't have to play Canada until a potential Gold Medal game. I doubt they would actively want to avoid this year's US team and that would be the only reason to not play to win. Everyone is trying to avoid Canada and Russia as long as possible. I'd expect the Czechs to play to win

That Russia game was a blunder, and not the normal Danish level of play.

And yes, would rather get demolished in the qs than not play at all.

Czech has already guaranteed the 2nd place at least, so for them it's USA or Germany. Not sure, if they play even for 1 point.
