I'm a bit confused, as it wasn't called charging, but IIHF rule 122 defines charging as "A player who checks an opponent with unnecessary force or who runs at or jumps into an opponent will be assessed at least a minor penalty."
Ambuhl's feet clearly left the ground, so isn't that jumping? Or does it need to be more pronounced?

The way I understand the rule, you can call charging if the player jumps or if he keeps skating into his opponent, so if his feet left the ice it should indeed be charging, but I don't think they did (I focused on Jensen's head during the replay).
