So crease violation on USA team for stepping into blue paint, but the 3rd Canada goal which was clear goalie interference and player was not only on blue paint but partially inside the net was ok?

Because the puck was in the crease.

Rule 94 xii. If a puck is deflected into the goal net by the stick or body of an
attacking skater who has established position while the goaltender is
in his crease prior to the puck entering the three-dimensional space 63
of the crease, the goal will not count and the ensuing faceoff will take
place at a faceoff spot outside the blue line.

Rule 95 iii. If an attacking skater is in the goal crease at the moment the puck
crosses the plane of the goal line and his position in no way affects
the goaltender’s ability to make a save or play his position properly,
the goal will be allowed.

Excellent, 95 iii apply's. Thanks for proving my point.

My biggest issue for the Americans, from what I've seen in all their games, is their defense having issues managing the puck. That kills a lot of possible drives.

Terrible mistake.

Americans look like complete amateurs inside their own zone. So many bad decisions with the puck.

read the bolded part.

I've watched the whole game! A horrible penalty call on a swing through leads to a goal and a clear goalie interference results in a goal. Your team isn't **** without the hometown refs.

Hometown refs? Which one holds the Canadian passport?
