Also - i remember coming to HF because I got literally kicked off letsgopens.com. In MAF's 2nd year I said i didn't like his rebound control and think it could be a problem and I got more heat than you can imagine.
My buddy always posted on HF so I came on over to the dark side and never looked back.

I came to HF because the official Pens board had an influx of trolls. Maybe because of the NHL making all team boards one or something like that? I knew of Hockey's Future but didn't know they had forums. Anyway, I joined at age 18 or 20 or something like that. (Edit: I now see my join date. I was 19.)

Had some good times on the official message boards. Made decent enough friends. Some of them are still here. Made even more friends here.

I cringe at past me but I think that's a good thing. Just not a good feeling.

Nope, I didn't keep in touch. The live chat there was pretty whack. I thought the Ovechkin death threats were on the other board. I was contacted that I was on the "kill list" too...lol

This game is the greatest effort by a Penguins legend in the playoff since Mario’s crazy runs for his cups. That backhand roofer is easily the most disgusting backhand ever by a Pittsburgh Penguins player.



Roloson pissed off Geno and I think it was this game where Geno was like “hold my bowl of mama Malkin’s Borscht, shoot more shoot everybody because I am score.”



And bonus, because this was just filthy.
