Grafs... brutal

I wouldn't say having pain after 18 months of active use is normal at all. It might be a weight issue rather than the skates. I had my RBK 8k's heat molded the day i bought them and never had any pain on my feet what so ever. I'm not the smallest guy at +180lbs but still no issues.

Sorry I mis-read, ya they were fitted at the best hockey shop in my area, they just weren't a good fit for my foot type, I should have stuck to the Easton brand, I know they fit well and I have worn them for a while. This is good advice for anyone switching brands, be sure because they all fit differently.

just picked up a pair of easton eq40's as well. Im getting them baked tomorrow and ill be on the ice this weekend. So far walking around on carpet the fit is the best ive ever had and they are so freakin lightweight compared to my old inlines and my now old ice skates. But I am coming into the eq40's from an old pair of CCM Rapide 32 which were probably a $50 skate back when...needless to say Im stoked on this upgrade, for $150 for the eq40 i shouldve done this a while ago haha

I got my one and only pair of grafs in 8th or 9th grade (I'm 25 now) and I still use them to this day. Hands down the best skates I have ever owned and I am dreading the day they finally break on me. I

Hey, I can brag about my 709s again. After a month or two of twice a week games, they are far and wide the most comfortable skate I've worn. Wide foot, fairly flat, high instep (duck feet)
