It's a dance move. And the reason Cam abandoned it last season is because the NFL banned it due to their being humorless douchebags. He brought it back this season because the NFL relaxed the rule after they realized that their image as humorless assholes was hurting their bottom line and that people actually were okay with seeing players be occasionally happy.
