Goaltending and some bad bounces really did us in this game.

Looked like an encouraging start to the year. Not sure if we looked much better or if the Flames just looked much worse though. Probably a bit of both.

Sucks not to take this one because we were largely the better team tonight.

Unfortunate outcome. Jets played well though, so the loss doesn't hurt as much. If they can play like that every game, they're going to win a lot more games than lose.

It was nice to see the Jets not 100% relying on Hellebuyck for a win.
