Villain Chris Drury replaced Barclay Goodrow with a much better player at 30% of what Goodrow was making in Carrick.

I don't know why I thought they lost in Toronto earlier this year but you're right.

His impact is still negligible and he still sucks.

Late in game, Schneider pinched and Laf covered. It's a lot easier to pinch, stand up at blueline, etc when the forwards are supporting.

I voted for Zibanejad. I know his shot caused some collateral but I thought he was a factor.

I liked Kaliyevs game tonight.He did a really good job winning puck battles along the boards and was good enough defensively.

Anyone that thinks that if the team didn't play up to the nickname Devils fans gave it because of Goodrow and Trouba they wouldn't waltz into the playoffs they're crazy. Team isn't a juggernaut but should be comfortably in the playoffs. Too bad they're mentally soft.

Honestly haven't watched pretty much any hockey since like mid November because life got in the way but was like f*** it, it's late, painkillers kicked in so I'll turn on the game tonight. This team can't piss me off right now. Then I see everything you've said up there and I'm like "What has everybody been complaining about" but really, I too saw that swarming to the puckhandler and getting into passing/shooting lanes and general stuff on the d-side that this team doesn't do enough of.

Yeah but he hurt the players' feelings because they care far more about their relationships than winning.
