Did some short research. Couldn't find any medal winners in all tournaments in one season.
It is very rare only to be on this 3 tournaments: found only Jack Hughes last season.
looked also for Rasmus Dahlin. But this guy surprisingly didnt play on WCH U18.

No player has ever medalled in every tournament. Apart from Hughes last year, three players from mid-table hockey countries have participated all three tournaments: Kevin Fiala, Vadim Karaga and Andrei Kostitsyn.

On another triple tournament participant, Kenny Jönsson is the only player who has medalled in WJC, OG and WC in the same year. Eight players have participated all three in same year, although Malkin is the only one who did so when NHL players participated in the Olympics (2006)
