I've understood that Crosby and McDavid ain't exactly the same type of players. Crosby is like supercomputer on skates (and passes more) while McDavid is projected to be come eccentric dribbler (Johnny Gadreau?) in the body of a giant (like Nathan MacKinnon).

Anyways, Edmonton should have a great line the next year if MCD is ready (he simply can't be at Crosby's current level yet, there has to be some upside so he can develop there)

Both of them are supercomputers on skates, McDavid is faster and more mobile but Crosby is much stronger down low.
