I have never read this many comments from sore losers. No sportsmanship what so ever. JJ Cale and Snipers have some manners but i get the impression you guys are a minority in here.

Well, who cares!? Finland are the best hockey nation in the world and this year shows it! 2 golds baby! Well deserved!

Don;t usually cheer for Canada. Had to this year when I saw how jobbed they were.

Why don't you post the "high stick" that led to the 5 on 3 goal?

Or the trip on Chabot where he goes to the box?

Embarrassing "win".

I often cheer for FInland. Even against Canada.

This, however, was embarrassing.

The refs were abysmally bad, not nearly on the level of the game. I still don't feel bad for Team Canada for this, because every team has had these in the past. It's sort of a unfortunate tradition in these games.

Finland got lucky, but it's Hockey. Usually the team with more goals made wins.

Besides, it was our turn anyway. ;) Just check the past 3 finalists and wins.

TORILLE!

Chabot was Chabraindead. Just a super low IQ penalty, center ice in OT, and although it was an obvious dive, he couldn't have had his stick more between the guy's legs. Dumb, dumb, dumb.

Congrats to the best team in the tourney. International reffing has always been suspect at best. Today is no different, they got a lot of breaks. Canada got better as the tourney went on, I did not expect much from that roster to be honest, they played with a lot of heart.

I don't know, IIHF referees - we have grievously suffered from them too and no-one has basically cared. It's part of the game, especially a part of IIHF tournaments. A good win and a great battle!

Is that the name of referee #41 who handed hapless Finland the gold medal game?

Lol.

Enjoy the poisoned chalice.
