I was having a debate with a teammate the other day and he swears white tape is harder for the goalie to pick up the puck, I feel black tape is. Discuss.

Our goalie calls yellow and pink tape "highlighter tape"No difference for me. Black tape doesn't camouflage the puck as much as you might think.
The only thing I notice about stick tape is when the other team's snipers have funky coloured tape - it makes it easier to spot them with a glance, and alerts me to expect a shot quicker. So I appreciate it. ha ha![]()
I like that - might have to steal it!Our goalie calls yellow and pink tape "highlighter tape"
It really doesn't matter. Unless thet goalie is colour blind he can see the puck on your blade.
I can't once remember thinking "Oh crap, i can't see the puck on the blade."
Now this makes me wonder about the counter though....Shooters, have you ever missed a 5 hole because a goalie had on white accented leg pads? think the Heaton Gatekeeper design...
