Fair enough, I'm just a little frusterated by the idea that apparently Boeser is being overpaid and guys like him can be found in FA. A guy like Boeser is rarely available in FA.

I think empty cap space would be more valuable than Boeser at $8 AAV, but I'd look at making Bennett or Ehlers an offer to replace his production. There's also the fence swing that would be Marner.

I know development aint exactly linear but Raty, Karlsson, Mancini, EP25 are look like solid addition for the team.

Would be nice to have them lock it a position next year.

I didn't see if anyone answered my question about Aman being papered down or not but if he was (and healthy), this is the forward group we could see in Abby for the playoffs:

Bains - Raty - Karlsson
Blais - Aman - Lekkerimaki
Mueller - Sasson - Klimovich
Some combo of PDG/Khaira/Smith/Nielsen/Wouters

A bunch of players in that lineup who have looked legitimately good in the NHL.
