Since Demko has been out, our goaltending has been inconsistent.
DeSmith and Silvos can't hold the fort for that long.

I was one of them. It seemed asinine to think we'd let it happen. I also didn't think Tocchet would be this stupid with line combinations. So...

It almost feels like he’s trying to sabatoge the team with his line combos.

That being said, the biggest issue has been no structural changes to generate shots combined with a lack of finish.

At this point, the only way Canucks even have a chance to win any games in the playoffs is if Bubble Demko comes back in full force.

Kind of wishful thinking considering he's going to come back to action cold... but I have more faith in that happening than expecting EP to suddenly show up.

Cooked, I don’t see this team doing shit in the playoffs with this effort. Not going to win many games with less than 20 shots on net.

This year aint it, they needed reinforcements they couldn't afford.

But it'll be extremely valuable experience for next year when they'll be better set up and hungry for more.

If they get a favorable path and some luck could go a few rounds, but the top tier of contenders is a level up.
