I don’t think that’s true at all. Garland was the one dominating possession and wining all the puck battles and he’s done it in other games with Joshua gone. He just hasn’t tonight
They get kept to the outside without Joshua

Yep, there's a nutty synergy going on with that line. You swap out any player on that line and it turns into garbage.

When it was Mikheyeve-Blueger-Garland, they had a 60% xgF% and when it was Joshua-Suter-Garland, they had a 69xGF%. The chemistry was good but it was mainly Garland playing ridiculous hockey. This is his worst game in months so it’s no surprise his line sucks
