Ticketmaster/Stubhub/whatever have algorithm to make sure they are never that cheap, regardless of supply and demand. Scum bags they are.

EDIT: Wow didn't realize you can still find the packs on sale. I just check Costco.com and took that screenshot. Who knows what seats are left for redeeming though.

nice. Being Canadians we know the best seats are upper lower bowl or lower balcony on the blue line, but this is the Shark tank. Even with the netting there is no bad seat in the house.

Splitting up EP40 and Boeser. Tocchet experimented with them last game. They are missing some chemistry but I think that's because they haven't played with each other much anymore except the PP. My practice together would do well.

If they stack that line again I think that Chytin and O'Conner make a good second line. That's from all of one games visibility.

Speaking of the PP - what a strange look it is without Miller and Hughes.

Idk, best person to ask about his testicular health is yourself.

But the most likely reasoning for absence is the play at the end of the game, not his performance in said or previous games, since nobody has been complaining.
 
I also don't get sending Karlsson down for Aman. Yes, Aman has been ripping it up in Abbotsford and likely deserved a recall at some point - but Karlsson is in the middle of his best stretch of NHL hockey and is playing really effectively. Head scratcher.

Reflecting on Yesterday’s Game
  • Nice win but right back at it
  • Really liked the high energy level the last few days
New Players
  • Are excited to be traded here
  • Very coachable and want to learn
  • Have talked to them a little about the defensive zone coverage with Chytil; thinks the Rangers might play man-on-man and the Canucks don’t
  • Just a couple little coverage things and don’t want to overload Chytil
Hughes Update
  • Not going to go to San Jose
  • Day-to-day right now
  • Will discuss skating on his own tomorrow later today
  • Possible he practices with the team on Friday
  • Hughes wants to play and Tocchet says he can’t play
  • Didn’t skate today
Chytil
  • Has patience with the puck and is able to get to loose pucks with people on top of him
  • Has good vision and shot; deserves as PP1 shot
  • Didn’t know much about him
  • Noticed how he was able to attack from the neutral zone
  • Small sample size but you can tell there’s another level to his game
  • Has the characteristics of being a 200’ centreman
  • Been better than a 48% faceoff guy in Vancouver; won draws during pressure situations
Vibes in the Room
  • Doesn’t want to overstate everything but will say the last 3-4 days there’s nice energy in the room
  • They want to be coached
4 Nations Tournament
  • Had a call 3 days ago about who would be the replacement players for injury
  • Getting close to having a conversation with Hughes about not playing; depends on the next 48 hours
  • Depending on how close he is to playing on Saturday, could be an indication that he shouldn’t play in the tournament
Aman
  • Likes having an extra centreman
  • Has nothing to do with Karlsson’s play; could be back up in the next couple of days
  • They like rewarding and having players performing in the AHL come up and practice with the team
  • Important to rotate a couple of players

Must win game.

I mean, they all are at this point. We've really painted ourselves into corner with our lackluster performances so far. If we're getting anywhere this season, we've got to be beating teams like SJ.
