Server changes were implemented recently to cope with the traffic surge last week. This seems to be affecting the user login, so please anyone experiencing this, log out and clear the browser cache. We expect to have this issue solved once the maintenance is complete.

Petey’s shot needs some Viagra.

Take the blue pill!

So since Forbort is our #1D right now, I guess that means EP25 will be back in the AHL after Hughes comes back?

Hope not.

Insanely frustrating that Pettersson will go through stretches of 5+ games barely shooting the puck then for one game he'll have 5+ shot attempts then immediately goes back to not shooting.

It's like he needs the coaches to tell him before every single game to just shoot the puck every chance he gets.
Excuses!

So now its the coaches fault he doesnt shoot! :sarcasm:

I think the issue with Petey is that he plays too fancy.

Whether it's a wrist shot or 1-timer on the PP, he likes to rip it top corner, post and in.

That's why he keeps taking ages to get a shot off, or rips a shot completely wide. He's like the anti-Mikheyev, who just pounds shot into the goalie's chest.

Just maddening.

Why shoot from a bad angle though? He made some great passes there. Good PP from EP40.
He has a lethal shot, good scorers shoot from "bad angles". especially one timers when the goalie isnt set.

Hronek one timers from the point are actually inefficient shots but they look more dangerous to the eye.

He's always been like that though, Tocchet is just the first coach here who says he hates that though so maybe that's why Petey's more reluctant to shoot? No clue.

it’s the additions of mp3 and ep25, they couldn’t play this way with the personnel they had a few weeks ago. they were fighting for their life with vinny and juulsen, they had to dump and chase.

Not only that, but Chytil and O'Connor are two of the fastest skaters in the league. Between them and an actual dcore, we're a revamped team.
