I’d suspect Garland getting Joshua going is higher on the priority list, but who knows.

If that's a guess, rather than a preference, I'd predict somebody else in that bottom-pairing right-side slot. Has Tocchet played Soucy there much?
Man, I hope that Pettersson (the new Pettersson) has instant chemistry with whomever he's paired. It'd lighten my mood.
Fully possible. O'Connor might be the biggest wild card on the roster in terms of where he will play.

Best guess would be as perfectly as it appears to be.
From that highlight video previously posted, I think he will have a transformative effect on the dressing room, especially the swedes.
Underrated aspects of his acquisition include his affect on the other young dmans development, and mgmt brought in both new players after miller was gone, no overlap to see the bad dressing room vibes and they can come in like its all good, because it is as far as they're concerned.

Debrusk-Petey-Boeser 6 gf 8 ga
Petey is better without either 9-4. Debrusk and Boeser are 10-4 together. I think I would try them between Chytil.
Sherwood and Pettersson are 7-3 together. Hoggy is 5-2 with Petey. The trio have only played 4 minutes together.
Debrusk Petey Sherwood are 6-3 together.
Garland and Joshua are 5-8
Hot damn, who the hell knows. Nothing has worked for any forward group this season. Nothing sustained. Only 1 line over 150 minutes together that's Heinen-Blueger-Sherwood. 86 other NHL lines are over 150 minutes

I am actually impressed with the depth there now. It looks better. Although we do miss a few game breakers.
That top 6 looks terrible but at least the the defence looks decent.
Anyone talking about depth is just high on hopium. You can talk about depth when you have real talent filling the first 3 lines. Having a team 80% filled with 3rd and 4th liners does not equal depth. Unless Skinny comes back to his 100 pts form this team won't score more than 2 goals/game on average for the reminder of the season.

A return to twin towers is not unpossible now that Desharnais is out
Hughes - Hronek
Myers - Pettersson
Myers and Hughes make a good combination that balance each other - Myers plays better when he doesn't think he has to be the lead - but this holds Hronek's offense back though he's still recovering.
Please, let's have Lankinen back as No. 1 and let Demmer recover slowly in a backup role for the next few months - unless some team is desperate for a goalie before the TDL.
DeBrusk - Pettersson - Boeser looked good last game but we're down to one scoring line and it showed. Joshua is just getting back again and he holds back Garland. Hogs has hopefully found his game again and hopefully management will let him keep playing like he's meant to play.
Still not sure what Chytil brings to the table.
I seem to recall new Marcus as a Canuck Killer. Or I may be thinking of a playoff series but I do remember him being dangerous. I think our Defense greatly improves with him.

Would it be fair to say he should be a top 3 player on our team in terms of overall skill (after Hughes and Petey)?
