He'll be a good coach. Just give the players their 50% of the ice and teach your 50%.

All year they've given up on the neutral zone funnel because they forechecked either too hard or two guys were too deep so they couldn't come back. Then our weak dmen would give up the easy zone entry and we had to defend in zone.

Because of that we had bad puck movers just flinging it into the neutral zone to relieve pressure, and the other team would just slam it back into our zone. Rinse and repeat.

IMO they have to skew the other way like this where they are at least in the right place in the neutral zone. Hopefully it balances back to the middle by the playoffs (and hopefully we make it).
