The team supported Myers through that harrowing process and he's paying them back in spades.
I’ve always maintained Pettersson is 6’3.5 than the 6’2 he’s listed. He looked a foot taller than 6’2 Buchnevich.
I think you meant turtle and defend the lead. I'll overlook it this time but don't let it happen again.
I don’t think it’s a stretch to say that was the best period of the year. We haven’t seen them play such aggressive offense all year, and the top 6 all look dangerous at the same time.

They're almost at the same amount of shots as the 2-0 Canes game.
We had 14 shots that game. Fourteen. The team should've been forced to do the Grouse Grind 14 times in a day after that joke of an effort.
We get @Grub back and immediately have one of the best periods of the year. Not a coincidence.
D’Elias Pettersson, played 5 minutes. More than Soucy got. Also, only played 10 minutes last game so is on pace to smash that.
It just goes to show how small tweaks can make a difference. The team was dressing 3 godawful puck-movers night-in, night-out: Soucy, Juulsen, and Desharnais. Take two out, drop one to the 3rd pairing, and even the slight skill upgrade that represents has really helped out this blueline.

Obviously a no goal. Not even close. Terrible appeal by the Blues coach.. And he paid for it.
Good. The kid is responsible defensively and has good instincts. This team desperately needs a defenseman that has some hockey IQ and can actually defend.

I do not like these broadcasts. Having to watch on my wife's I pad rather than the tv. Had the feed, and then it died. so my wife got the tv back. And can't get into hf boards on my iPad, maybe due to interference either from her iPad or her bluetooth headphones that I am using with her iPad.
But yes an excellent period of hockey.

I'm just happy pettersson finally decided to play. Clearly with him on the ice and playing like this we are a better team

IMO it wasnt goaltender interference but it simultaneously wasn’t a good challenge because he didn’t make an obvious attempt to get away from that after Hughes led him in.
