One of the underrated funny (not funny) things is that people were v happy about OEL being a huge offensive upgrade on Edler just for Edler to be at a 40 point pace in his first LA season while OEL paced at 30.

I'd say everyone has their share of the blames, no matter what. But yes our defense has been so bad, it's dragging down the entire team.

I think the whole strategy going into this season was that Soucy was going to continue his good play as a top 4 defenseman. Instead he fell off a cliff and now you don't have a 2nd pairing. I do wonder what it would look like if they traded Soucy and kept Zadorov.

I can't remember a team that cant create any rush opportunities. We never get two on ones or breakaways. Just good ol dump ins with no sustained pressure. Team is ass, but this system sucks brother
