Canucks can't complain about the reffing in this one.
If they don't come out looking like the more rested / energized team in the 3rd it's on them. There's no reason we shouldn't be able to bring this one home given the Oilers schedule.

Draisaitl is a surly prick too but he isn't nearly as bad as McDavid to me. Imagine being the best hockey player in the world and just spending your entire life as a lemon-sucking, sour-faced, tantrum-throwing crybaby.

Knoblauch was whining to the refs in the first intermission and the Oilers got a bunch of PP's in the second period as a result.

Both of the penalties the Canucks took were legit. Should have been called regardless of if Knob was politicking.
Yeah, CR7 is probably a legitimate sociopath. I don't consider him an active player anymore, though, really.
Part of the unlikability is the endless whining but he just seems like such a dumb, joyless, miserable person. Draisaitl at least seems intelligent and occasionally funny. McDavid looks like he'd just stare off into space if you told him the funniest joke in the world.
Plus the treatment he's gifted from refs and the way he's rewarded for his nauseating behaviour. It's actually galling to watch.
