Seattle is a fast team, particularly on home ice. There's a chance they make mincemeat out of the pylons the Canucks are employing on their blueline.

Not liking the optics of this game. I guess they'll go back to Demko. But he could be lit up again.

They were dummying the Kraken pretty badly until the late-game meltdown last time. I would hope they show up for this one, but who knows with this team.

This is what we are reduced to due to Canadian sports media not sending anyone on the road.

I'm confused by this ... given it's so close couldn't the press just drive down themselves and request press passes from the Kraken?

Their employers are not willing to spend any expenses on road trips. I also imagine they wouldn't be driving back until 10pm-11pm so a hotel would be required.

Seems weird to me that nobody is willing to spend the $800 or whatever, employer or journalist, to get what would effectively be an exclusive on the game.

I wouldn't spend $800 if my employer wasn't compensating me for it. There's not any accredited independent media in Vancouver, either.

Canucks were up 4-1 last time they played. I expect better.

Where's Faber, isn't that his job or is he just the good feeling puff piece guy for them?

Boys step up tonight.

Instead of blowing a 4-1 lead with 5 mins to go, we wait to the last two minutes of the game so we hold on for a 4-3 win.
Need all the depth guys to step up.
Bluegers, Joshua, Heinen, etc
These guys need to buoy the team while the top talent recovers from their seasonal affective disorders and the defense recovers from their legitimate injuries.
