This game will be a example of what the team will look like if Hughes joins his brothers in New Jersey in the next couple of years. The Canucks lineup honestly look like a AHL caliber lineup. That defense is atrocious and will most likely be handling the puck like a grenade this afternoon. Really hope Allvin is working the phones hard to better the lineup to entice the leagues best defenseman to stay with the Canucks for the long run. In all reality keeping Hughes is the only thing that matters.

Winning will keep the star defenseman around. Hopefully the Canucks have a great game in this one.

This will work for one game, if they're not practicing next week you basically have to give timelines. I'm still surprised nobody at least asked: "How long do you expect these guys to be out?"
