Yeah, outside of of Hughes and Hronek... the rest of the defense literally has hockey I.Q. in the minuses. Dumber than a sack of hammers. Management should be embarrassed at the D corp they've assembled.

Sure, but again, if our front office thinks this defense corp will take them into playoffs, not far into playoffs, just make playoffs, they better get in touch with the agency that's providing witness protection to Commando Dimbo. Because if they continue this like of thinking when shit goes sideways for real (when, not if) the fans will rip them into pieces without mercy. After the Reign of Error the fans' patience for incompetence and bullshit has been all but worn out.

If Mr. Clean and Moleman just sits on their asses, watching the team fumble game after game, all while chirping about "oh we want to see everyone healthy" and do nothing, they can f*** right off.

Yep, which is why at this moment I'm not hugely concerned. Some of their past moves do give me a reasonable amount of faith. I don't know what they are actually planning, which is fine because we fans are all on a need-to-know basis. No matter what lofty heroic speech they want to give, it's the puck on ice that will do the talking.

If they really do want to wait and see when everyone healthy, then they 1) better be prepared for the severe backlash from fans and 2) will lose the right to bitch moan and cry about season capsizing with injuries and how fans are being too harsh.

WTF! Seriously i need to stop caring about canucks game for a while, seriously what is wrong with this team? This is affecting my mental health, and its not going to do well. Luckily i missed this game or i am going to be furious, how in the world do you lose a game after winning 4-1? I was ready to to quit the highlight because there is no way for them to lose the game after that, but of course they have to find a way to disappoint. Why do i feel like the worst is always happening to me? I know its not necessary the truth, but being a fan of this team does reinforce that belief.

He certainly wasn't Vezina calibre tonight. .828 save % is catostrophically bad and many of the goals were specifically his fault. You could legitimately say he lost the game for us, even though the last goal was a tough one...

I’ve been a fan for 30 years and the team is well managed right now but they really screwed up in the off off season letting go Zadorov and Cole for Forbort and Deharnais.

It is the elephant in the room. He has been distinctly ordinary since his return with, IIRC exactly one game with over a .900 sv % so no Vezina this year. If we resign him to term for big coin we are screwed...
