But it's also an acknowledgement that this team needs more size, particularly up-front. Karlsson and PDG may be AHL-players at this point in their careers, but they're 'bigger bodies' who match up better with a team like Vegas.

Not even just that. Hoglander has been brutal for quite a while now and giving Sasson a game or two off is good for his development. He definitely looked a little bit overwhelmed up on the top six. Not bad by any means just clearly above his wheel house at the moment.
