I loved it on my one visit. It honestly felt a lot like Vancouver, with mountainous surroundings and similar urban design, and the people were very nice.
The one time we took a road trip through SLC, we got told we could imbibe in our room, but if we took a drink out of the room, we would be evicted from the building. I like to have a drink in the hot tub when I travel, where I can tell lies and tales of adventure. Kind of like how people post on here.

Looks like you might need more protein. Start with lean protein and then round things out with other things. Protein will keep you full. Aim for 125-150 g protein...note this isn't due to the 1g/1lb body weight thing that floats around gym circles. It's that if you have 40-50 g of lean protein each of your 3 meals you will not be hungry. Don't cut out carbs but limit them after all in the end calories in vs calories out is what will determine the bulk of weight loss (tailoring nutrients meal timings etc have a very small effect...those are things you might do to put you over the top athletically).

So if you are logging, start with that protein. 130 g of protein from chicken breast will be about 700 calories (this is about 420 g of chicken or about 1 pound of meat). You have plenty of room to add different flavorings, sauces, veg and fruit for the day and still be where you want to be and keep you from getting bored of the food. You will also, if you want, have room at the end of the day for a small treat.

I found doing some fasting to be really, really effective in helping me drop weight. Every third day doing a full day fast was really, really helpful. It was oddly fun, and I took greater pleasure in eating my massive 1400 calories meal at end of day.

On the days I wasn’t not eating I just did a normal calorie deficit of 500-1000 calories, along with walking a lot, and eventually getting a spin bike and riding that a lot. I wound up losing over 200 pounds over about 2 years. I got tagged with diabetes but it’s basically greatly managed with a plant based diet. The fasting was extremely good though, give it a thought! Autophagy is no joke awesome.

If the possibility of getting traded to Buffalo doesn't shake every last ounce of energy and sweat from all of our players, I don't know what will. I expect a good effort tonight from everyone
