Canucks are at 22/23 roster spots and Silovs, who they didn't say anything about, is still up under emergency recall conditions. Silovs doesn't count as a roster spot or against the cap.

I kind of get it from a play driving perspective but, and this goes into last season as well, one of the top-2 lines has pretty consistently faltered.
