I hope so. I really think it's the future of the position. Carry 3 guys, 2 are decent and you get them a ton of rest.

Tough to say how Lanky thinks. But having a comfort level with Marko will give us a leg up. I have no problem giving him even a bit more, at least up to around 5M with term, but that means any upgrade on D comes internally and/or cost efficient.

At that point, we prob just let Demko walk after next yr, not sure he’d have much value unless we make a deep run with Demmer at the helm.

I'm hoping it was more his position with the Bruins that made him streaky. He's used much more as a key offensive threat for us.

But I know the feeling. Just enjoying the ride for however long it lasts

Most guys are streaky. Look at Boeser right now. Boeser was worse when he was younger and didn't have as complete a game.

This streak has JDB halfway to 30 already. Good chance he gets there. He's only missed it before because of missed games.
