Ottawa has a lot of good players at every position but it just looks like they have no game.

Hronek is playing like he's leading in points for the bubble Red Wings.

Myers looks better with Brannstrom but Soucy is still...
It's almost like Travis Green has no discernable system other than a forecheck or something...

We might be more boring now but you have to have structure to be consistent in both the regular season and playoffs.

Its time to split them up so they can anchor their own pairings.
Hronek is capable
Agreed. Last year I could understand because Hronek looked like he couldn't do much on his own, but this year he looks comfortable enough to carry his own pair. Having Hughes, Hronek, and Brannstrom each on their own line can help a lot.

It’s his thing. At least once a game, he will run wildly out of his position to absolutely wreck someone’s shit with a highlight reel hit, with the downside being that it ends up with a Grade A scoring chance at best for the other team, or a goal against at worst.
Getting flashbacks to that game against the Oilers in the playoffs where this exact Juulsen special led to a pivotal goal against.

I got flamed for saying this. Hes a great player, but poor ass leader.

Being leader isn’t taking dumb penalties when you’re down a couple goals because you can’t handle your emotions.
I don’t know, I think he’s a great leader, I would love to have him on Vancouver
