I'm sick and tired of this ******, guy has been total ass

He had a couple of good stretches of hockey before he went down with an injury twice. His last stretch of games of last season he looked average, had a decent Nashville series, then was absolutely awful throughout majority of the Oilers series.

Those stretches of games he played like a top 4 D but then again they were just stretches.

Skating and shot can be improved.

Hockey sense can't. His is good.

Raty has been good on faceoffs - he gets really low when taking the draw - lol good for him to be rewarded .

Did anyone go get the puck for his first goal of career??

Apparently Raty already scored twice for the Islanders, I also thought it was his first goal

Raty is turning into a solid 3rd line center. Big body, pretty good shot, excellent on faceoffs. They need to be patient and keep giving him minutes.

Don’t think he’ll ever put up points but I can see him carving out a career as a 30 point 3rd line center who’s excellent on faceoffs which is invaluable for a contender. His skating looks like much less of a weakness in his game than last season.

Brannstrom really came down from the heavens. Walking the line and getting the shot through like prime OEL.

I also missed Joshua and Garland winning forecheck battles together.

You couldn't convince me Stamkos and Marchessault are actually playing so far.

Those two while always a shooting threat, they are old and slow

More of a cap crunch, they could not afford his $2 million qualifying offer. He also, did not fit what they needed on their blue line.

of that has seemingly been undone to start this season.

Was a much shorter period of time though - maybe the first 5 games? The big meeting with Tocchet was on the season opening road trip, wasn’t it?

He still hasn’t learned how to kill penalties either….despite an inordinate amount of time doing it.
