Pure snipers usually drop in the draft (Tippett, Zadina, Caufield, Guenther) because you usually need to develop a more rounded game to make it to the NHL.

Cancuks drafted him expecting him to have those extra qualities in his game.

We chose him over Kemmel who I think most people here wanted.
I don't think Kemmel has done anything remarkable for Nashville yet.

Eh, PP2 barely plays. I'm more concerned about them getting PP1 consistent. Also Bains as the playmaker plays into his strengths. Hogs is a shooter, you can argue with him getting taken off instead of someone who isn't as big a threat to score.

He's been pretty much PPG in the A this year and showed well last year (41 in 67 as a 19 year old). He'll be a player too
