One day Rick will realize the answer is not rotating guys off in order to fix the PP, its all he can think of, Debrusk was fine and barely given a chance and had some big years with pastrnak bergeron on that top unit, the problem is he does not know how a modern day nhl powerplay should operate. He has them go around the boards and look to set up tips and tip passes which is crazy difficult to pull off consistently.
