General Rules
1. Salary cap is 83.5. Don’t go over OR ELSE.
2. Game starts with a short (ish) period of trading. Than the draft. Then FA.
3. To resign or sign a player, you must work with that players agent. Agents will be decided soon after game starts.
4. Don’t send me your trades.
5. Lopsided trades may be vetoed. This would require 5 people saying it should be vetoed. Number might change.
6. Players with NTCs/NMCs still have those. PM me to ask if a player will waive. I’ll be generally pretty lenient but teams that are typically on these lists (looking at you Canada) will need to have some sort of reasoning for them to go.
7. If you have questions, post them in the thread! I have no life so it’ll probably be answered pretty quick.

I can help with NTC / NMCs also if you want. I'd offer to be an agent but the timezone difference wouldn't be ideal for quick decisions.

This goes for me as well, illustrating take whatever team is left after everyone else has picked.

Looking to shed cap. Brock Boeser/Conor Garland both available, possibly with retention or in a “hockey deal” for a center or defenseman.

11th overall could be moved in the right trade for a young(under 25) center or defenseman.

JT Miller could also be dealt in the right deal but would probably need a younger center coming back.

Will also entertain offers for Thatcher Demko, but unlikely he is moved.

Still in the "rebuilding" process but would love to add young talent to the roster if it makes sense.

Some way or another I want to add a top 9 forward, top 4 RD, and a goalie that Detroit can move forward with.

Picks 41, 42, 43 and Kubalik, Zadina, Johansson and to a lesser extent, Berggren, Soderblom and pick 17 are all pieces I'd be more open to moving if it made sense.

Beyond that, I'll listen on most ideas so long as Seider, Larkin, Edvinsson, Kasper, and Raymond aren't involved.

Obviously looking for pieces to put us over the top - an elite goaltender, upgrades in D, upgrades elsewhere, in that order. Always looking to shed cap in this pursuit.

Also willing to take a 2nd team, maybe a retooling middle-of-the-pack team would be nice if one is available (but not the Flames haha).

Nobody over 21 is off limits. Happy to take cap dumps or cap casualties if they work.

Connor Murphy - RHD with term on a good cap hit would add value to a lot of teams.

It would be stupid to not considering the market for the 1OA pick, with the high likelihood that it won't be traded, but always worth listening to options.
 
I'd say Landeskog is just LTIRd as he may play again after next season, maybe.

I'd suggest Nichushkin should be assumed available for game 1 of next season as we don't know what's going on there.

But not my call.

Since Landeskog is expected to miss all of next season, I’d say he’s LTIRed. I’m fine with Nuke being considered available though. I’ll leave it up to you whether he is considered available but he is on your cap and needs to be included even if you consider him suspended.

Second teams are open now with the assumption if @HockeyRulez wants to pick up the team you took as your second, they get it.

If you don’t care about what team you get, just let me know and I’ll assign you a team. If you want someone specific, let me know.

I would prefer to not have a second team, if that is possible.
