Pearson appears to have the upper body strength of a 10-year old.

He’s definitely not playing like he was before he got that contract. He’s less assertive, isn’t the first man in on the forecheck and retrieving pucks as much as he used to, and is generally creating less chances.

Pearson, Toffoli and Kempe all seem comfortable with sticking to the outside and letting harmless shots go from along the walls.
