WOOOOOOOOOOOO Pew Pew Suter!!!
The Office Finger Guns GIF

Not a hot take: sign Suter for ~4M, dump Chytil for a pick, go after a 2C via trade
I would be surprised if a team valued Chytil as a positive asset considering all the concussions and his contract. Best case scenario they include him in a package for another injury prone player (IE. Norris).

But I also wouldn't be shocked if he doesn't play again to be honest.

Someone like Mike Grier would probably take Chytil for a mid round pick, “rehab” the player’s value, and flip for surplus value. I don’t doubt it at all.

Fundamentally, I think anything that kills game momentum and takes goals away is a bad thing. I’m glad the goal stood but it shouldn’t have taken that long.

They can pinpoint a laser air strike to a millimeter from 45,000 miles away. Surely we should be able to build technology to figure out offsides instantaneously and at near 100% success rate. Can't we? I imagine they must have better camera then we see on tv but that last one would have been easy to determine if they focused in more closely on the puck and Suter's skate blade.

Yeah God forbid every building has four blue line cameras

Really would like an update on Chytil’s condition. Last we heard was he was feeling okay a couple days after the hit, and we haven’t heard anything since, positive or negative.

The NHL doesn’t even have a database for tracking NTCs and NMCs.

Probably not a great sign we haven't heard anything at all tbh. Same with Petey and Hogs
