I don't think Hughes is 100 percent and EP looks like he's playing in a preseason game
They probably can tbhI wonder if they could convert ep40 into a stay at home defenceman
Honestly nothing to do with luck at all. This is what happens when you get pucks on net. The game just boils down to basic statistics.
You have clowns like EP40 who has 5 shots in his last NINE games, and we wonder why he can't produce.
Hockey truly is a very simple game. If you shoot 100 times on net, you will statistically score a few, regardless of how weak and pathetic each shot is.
This team has zero swagger right now and with Pettersson playing like a 3 million dollar defensive third liner we have no game changing offensive threats outside of the worn down Hughes.
He is. Everyone has down games, dude.I thought Pettersson was still a "great defensive player" who "helps the team win" even when he's not contributing?
When was his last up game?He is. Everyone has down games, dude.
Our d core would be 50% Pettersson.I wonder if they could convert ep40 into a stay at home defenceman
At least Gudbranson was handsome and he didn't cost 11.6 Million.

Agreed. He's just being buried alive in his own zone. He just doesn't seem to have the same mobility to beat the forecheck any more. And at his size, he's simply not going to win any one-on-one puck battles.Gotta commend the guys in the bottom half of the lineup for almost always working hard and doing the right things despite some of the guys at the top of the lineup completely tanking the team.
Yup. Seeing guys like Sherwood and Joshua busting their asses game in and game out while Pettersson and Boeser float makes me respect them a ton.Gotta commend the guys in the bottom half of the lineup for almost always working hard and doing the right things despite some of the guys at the top of the lineup completely tanking the team.
Win faceoff ep and one isn't tipped ffs he's lost right nowYour response isn't disagreeable.
However, It's not just that but let's be real here, scoring three shots all from deflections is still damn lucky no matter how you cut it. Canucks also hit three posts.
I don’t think they’re floating, I think they can’t skate.Yup. Seeing guys like Sherwood and Joshua busting their asses game in and game out while Pettersson and Boeser float makes me respect them a ton.

I know some people have thrown Crouse around as a target but tbh he’s redundant when you have Joshua.
That's almost worse unless you think either of them can recover their lost foot speed with a healthy offseason.I don’t think they’re floating, I think they can’t skate.
