Haha I knew these posts would come out. 9 times out of 10 Marty is still excellent at handling the puck. That was definitely an instance where he was not.

We scored goals, and created a bunch of good chances so I don't think we can complain about that. Really was the D and Marty that let us down tonight as well as special teams ******** the bed. Why was the PK so bad tonight? Was it the lack of Fayne, or is the Isles PP really that good. (was like 30% going into tonight so maybe). We HAVE to start scoring some PP goals. And we need to stop being boneheads in our own zone.

Anyone let the overreaction begin that we are sunk and doomed, etc, etc. It was bad, but it wasn't THAT bad.

I just scared the **** out of my dog by rocketing my mouse over his head when that happened, in other news I no longer have a working wireless mouse.
I mean we have 9 points, can't complain about that, but some of this **** needs to be straightened out. Bad plays and bad luck, on to the next one.

 I did in a couple of those but at 29.00 a pop I have stopped that.

Vokchenkov needs to sit. He is absolutely useless out there. Zidlicky is looking like he's going to be a problem this year. Also, I hope Barch never plays another game in a Devils uniform. The guy provides nothing. He can't play hockey, he doesn't and hit, and almost always loses his fights.

Good thing we have Larsson, Merrill, Gelinas, Severson, Burlon, Urbom, etc..

The penatly kill has been awful since Florida last year. Hard to kill penalties when you NEVER win a faceoff. Jesus, forget about Darche, let him go home. Call up John Madden and see if he'll come out of retirment. At least he wins faceoffs and he cant be that out of shape.

This is not true at all. The only team we've given up 5 on 4 PP goals to was the Isles, and we've given up 3 to them. Aside from them we've only given up two 4 on 3 PP goals in OT, and a two man advantage.

Montreal didn't bother me because I didn't feel like we deserved to win. Tonight stings though.

Our PP/PK need some serious work.

Get the **** out

First you call out the Refs for the Montreal loss

then you call out our captain, who did everything he could on the last place

whats next? You call out Zach Parise? Or maybe it was Carter hitting the next post that lets Malkin take it in for the over time win?

What the **** is wrong with you? There is never a single reason our team loses. Try the fact that our PP didnt finish them off, or we took a bad timed penalty, or that marty looked like a fish on the last play, or that our defence let in 4 goals

Get the **** out? WHy because I made points? Salvador has sucked ass this season and if this is how he's going to play now he's untradable especially with that contract. Nevermind he got the C so he cant even be a healthy scratch.

And I already called out marty so kiss my ass.

Volch puts two solid games together and people want him sat lolol poor guy

Zidlicky is such a risky player. Sometimes it pays off but mostly he coughs up pucks and gets stripped often.

Ya the baddies from this game were Marty and the PK. Larsson with his tip in was a bit of a head scratcher too.

brodeur is a great stickhandler but i cringe when he does it on the cycle. Hurts to watch. Best case scenario he gets that puck to the sideboards practically settling the puck for the isles. Worst case scenario is what we watched. Boneheaded play. Hes got to know the situation

From watching this team over the years, If their is anything i've learned from Marty Brodeur is that, whenever he has a bad game, he usually bounces back strong the next game.

****ing piece of **** islanders

Agreed, and I think they will suck this year still. They were good the first couple weeks the last two years too I think. Just wait until they can't play Nabokov every game. Once trash can Rick has to start playing games they'll be in some trouble.

He should know. Just stay in the net...there negatives of going out there outweigh the positives ten-fold...

This was the most PATHETIC loss the Devils have had thus far this season.

Yes, they once AGAIN somehow managed to get another point but this was the ISLES they lost in OT to, not the Bruins(or even the Habs who legit outplayed them and actually have talent on that team).

And the worst part is now this Isles team is tied with us.

Although the Devils are still in 1st for some reason...
