You pretty much have to commence on building a roster without Hughes. He is gone in 2 years.

I still strongly believe trading Petterson would be a big mistake, he has almost no value. We should gamble he would have time to train in the off season and be back next season. His worth couldnt get lower than now if he still didnt have a good season next year

Tocchet doesn't at all.

Correct me if i am wrong, but i dont recall AV doing a lot adaptation. He insist of dump and chase hockey, insist on playing Rome in important situations, and often rely on great goalie to mask his coaching problem.
