i don't think anyone else on the team even tries to pursue that outside of maybe leipsic

even just attempting to get to it forced the defenseman into a mistake

I just love Kovalchuk’s enthusiasm and actual desire to play the game. If Kopitar had half his emotion and drive it would be a prenatal art Ross trophy canidate.

Even at age 35 with the shape he keeps himself in, I don’t think that third year is going to hurt anybody

Other teams would've figured out how to use him better, and actually have guys give him a good pass on the pp. I'd love to see how many primary assist Kovy has from Kopitar on the pp. My guess, ZERO!

these dudes couldn't even figure out how to keep their audio scrubbing off the broadcast for nearly an entire period the other night, i'm not surprised

they'll have some poorly cut version of a replay that misses the obvious part when they return
