Just my opinion, OV should be shifted on the PP to be the Bumper guy. I think he would get more PP goals that way or the Caps would have better success rate on the PP. The opponent would have to worry about OV in between the dots, which would leave other spots open to shoot and score.

Eh that would also require him to make a fair number more one-touch passes which ... I'm not sure I want him doing
