Uh no, kings suck. There isn’t anything the hurricanes could say that is remotely as offensive as the effort the kings put out tonight.

When he wasn't chirping, he was crying to the refs and whining and diving.

Never before has a player become completely unlikable in one night to me but Skinner did that today.

We got really really lucky tonight ,almost mulligan like, not to have lost ground to everyone in the division , that's what we deserved with the effort put out in the first half of the game. I wonder if they knew about the trade before the game and were waiting to see who was on the way out , I guess this was a trap game anyway scheduled between the best two teams in the east but damn that was awful early, well they wake up tomorrow being a little tougher to play against again and a little more scared for their jobs , losing a Corsi stud and a guy who helped them get the second cup should let all know they could end up in a different zip code if they do not pick it up

Quick is looking worse and worse lately. Like he's given up playing or thinking.

On the canes 5th or 6th goal ( they stole puck from Doughty), Muzzin was sliding across the ice to stop a low shot, so what does Quick do? He crouches down even lower opening up top half of the net for an easy goal up high. Can't he see Muzzin and what he's doing? Muzzin did all he could do to stop a low shot, and Quick just gave it all away.

He's not a thinker.

I sincerely wonder if he needs his eyes checked. I once played with a guy who was a great goalie but went through a year long spell on long shots. Never picked them up it seemed. He got contacts and all of a sudden he could see things again. Quick is at an age when perfect 20-20 vision can start to slightly go.

Quick is playing like he once again is battling an injury. Too many plays Quick is getting caught cheating instead of letting the play develop and just stop the puck.

That usually means fighting something.

He hasn't been sharp the past month and a half. At least a nagging injury would explain it.

Not sure why he regressed last night.

Neither goalie can stop a beach ball this week, whoever takes the reins needs to run with them.
