We really need a better food representation for the DMV. I love a good half smoke but it's just not competitive with other regional dishes.

DC has great high end food IMO. Otherwise, it's slim pickings. There are a few good things here and there (Julia's empanadas, etc.) but nothing you could call a regional cuisine.

Agreed. I thought about a better food that reps for an inordinate amount of time before I posted this. We're the nation's capital, a transient city, and have every type of food so it's hard to develop a niche food. What's unique here? Jumbo slice? Bottomless brunch? Wings or fried rice with mambo sauce? $20 burgers? Totchos?

If they're going to put on red zone for hockey I kind of feel like I have to watch it if it doesn't preclude watching the Caps and I don't have familial obligations. Because when Red Zone is on it overrides familial obligations.

I wish Miro was in the lineup as he was compared to Michkov a lot in their teenage years, would be interesting to see them head to head at this point.
