I have a bad feeling about Hughes.

It definitely feels like team dragged him out IR in a DESPERATE attempt to look slightly less ass.
There's no "feel."

This is exactly what happened.

We'll probably be hearing all season about how Hughes is "still suffering from that nagging hand injury" while glossing over the fact that they turned what was originally an acute injury into a chronic one by not letting him heal properly.

Juulsen can’t handle any pressure that he can’t see. Place the puck in his corner, either by a dump in or pass, and the moment he has to turn he’s lost any ability to control the puck. He’s an automatic loss or possession. He’s a big reason why the Canucks can’t have any controlled breakouts. He has to scrambled every single time and just desperately tries to get the puck out of the zone.
probably why he has ZERO points as well through 28 games.

Garland 0-15 shot attempt differential wow

Absolutely. The team for sure asked him if he’s ok to play - and you know for sure he says yes. Tocchet even acknowledges that.

The organization needs to shut that shit down. Especially with your franchise defencemen

This teams history of screwing the pooch with players' medical care is seriously disgusting

All the crying about Hughes hand is sad & unnecessary.

Clearly he can, and wants to, play with whatever the ailment is after many days off, and these are grown men in the nhl.
If this was the playoffs I'd agree. But it's January and the team needs him to be at 100% and not risk making the injury worse

Basically all of the medical staffs in the league operate the exact same way, and the only reason people are complaining about ours is because we're a Canadian market.

No, it's because this team has a history of having players medical issues ignored or made worse
